What is laglott?
The laglott is the share of the inheritance that direct heirs (children and grandchildren) always have the right to, regardless of what you state in your will (testamente). The laglott constitutes half of the inheritance share.
If you have children, you can cannot dispose of more than half of your estate without the children being able to request a reduction of the will (testamente).
